Natalie Photiou

I am the Head of Finance at Pasta Evangelists, responsible for month-end reporting and audit processes, and ensure strong financial controls are in place. I manage cash flow and cost efficiency across the business, and provide commercial insight to support decision-making and growth. 

I joined Pasta Evangelists because I was excited by the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial brand with a genuine passion for quality. I was drawn to the energy, ambition and creativity of the team, and I felt I could make a real impact by helping build a scalable finance function to support the next stage of growth. 

I trained in external audit for 7 years, where I qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant. I then moved into the hospitality industry to follow my passion, joining Hakkasan Restaurant Group as Financial Controller for 3 years. After gaining hands-on operational and commercial finance experience there, I joined Pasta Evangelists to lead the finance function and support the business through growth.
