I am the Head of People here at Pasta Evangelists, my key responsibilities are;
- Owning the people strategy
- Point of contact for all our people at Pasta Evangelists
- Managing complex People queries
- Actively identifying gaps and risks to protect our people and the business
Who am I?
I have over 15 years experience in Human Resources from Payroll, People Operations, L & D, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and management coaching.
I have previously worked at Just Eat, The Restaurant Group and Gousto.
