What I do at Pasta Evangelists
I am responsible for growing the brand through new stores and new partnerships with franchisees.
Who am I?
I first started as an area manager at Lidl, working on the shopfloor day in day out for many years, before joining their property development team. I then went onto work at Starbucks to lead growth and franchise development. During my time at Starbucks, the company opened just over 100 new stores every year in the UK.
