What I do at Pasta Evangelists

As an Area Manager for Pasta Evangelists, it's my job to make sure our cloud kitchens run smoothly and our customers get the best pasta experience possible. My day-to-day involves working with our amazing teams to keep our dishes top-notch, and provide a fantastic experience.


I spend a lot of time with our teams, making sure they're supported and everything is running the way it should. I'm always looking at how we can improve, whether that's by tweaking our processes or finding new ways to delight our customers.


Why Pasta Evangelists

I'm pretty new myself but fundamentally, it's a business that's all about people! 

Who am I?

Prior to Pasta Evangelists, I was an General Manager, and later an Operations Manager for a company called Loungers (one of the fastest growing UK restaurant brands) and I also worked for a company called Hickory's Smokehouse. Prior to that I was learning my craft in hotels and restaurants in the North West.
