What I do at Pasta Evangelists


I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple kitchen sites, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
 My key responsibilities include:


  • Leading and supporting site team leaders and their teams


  • Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage


  • Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, order rating, ATP, and wastage


  • Coordinating stock levels, deliveries, and compliance with food safety standards


  • Acting quickly to resolve operational issues and maintaining service consistency across all sites


  • Supporting new site launches, training new staff, and ensuring best practices are followed
