I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple kitchen sites, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
My key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting site team leaders and their teams

Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage

Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, order rating, ATP, and wastage

Coordinating stock levels, deliveries, and compliance with food safety standards

Acting quickly to resolve operational issues and maintaining service consistency across all sites

Supporting new site launches, training new staff, and ensuring best practices are followed
